1. Acceptance of Protocols

By initializing a connection to noirtravel.space (the "Platform"), creating a request, or accessing our Discord frequency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Protocols").

If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you must terminate your connection immediately.

2. Non-Commercial Fan Project

This Platform is a community-driven roleplay service for the game Star Citizen. We do not claim ownership of any Star Citizen assets, lore, or intellectual property.

3. Virtual Currency & RMT Policy

Strictly No Real Money Trading (RMT): All services provided by Noir Travel are compensated exclusively using aUEC (Alpha United Earth Credits) or in-game assets.

Soliciting real-world currency (USD, EUR, etc.) for in-game transport services via this Platform is a violation of CIG's Terms of Service and is strictly prohibited here. Any user found attempting RMT will be permanently banned and reported.

4. User Conduct (Rules of Engagement)

• Respect: Treat all Pilots and Clients with professional courtesy.
• No Griefing: Using the service to lure pilots into traps (piracy without RP context) or intentionally wasting operator time is prohibited.
• Integrity: Payment agreements made via the Ticket system are binding within the context of the roleplay. Failure to pay may result in a blacklist.

5. Limitation of Liability (The "30k" Clause)

Space travel is inherently dangerous. Noir Travel is not responsible for:

• Server crashes (30k errors) resulting in loss of time or cargo.
• In-game bugs or physics glitches leading to vessel destruction.
• Hostile player interdiction during transit (though we will defend you to the best of our ability).

6. Termination of Access

Noir Travel High Command reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform and Discord server for any user who violates these Protocols, without prior notice.
